Google play doesn't accept my visa card how I can purchase android applications? I'm from India. Please don't suggest me to download APK files. I wish to purchase BETWEEN app stickers.

The primary reason why you are not able to make purchases on the play store with your Visa Debit card is because of the recent changes in RBI rules which makes all banks implement a password authentication layer like 3D secure by Master card and Verified by Visa, none of the app stores have built a layer to take this extra input from the user and that is the reason your card is rejected., There are 2 solutions to this problem, one is to get a credit card, it can be used freely anywhere without any password authentication. You can also open an account at Entropay, which allows you to create a virtual credit card using the funds in your debit card, hope i helped :)

It solely depends on the which bank's card you are using. I have two cards one of icici and other of obc. Google doesn't supports obc'c but does support ICICI.
