Where do I initialize a database?

Where can I access a database with symptomes of patients that had a heart attack?

  • I need a starting training set for an AI project where I want to detect heart attack using some sensors. For this, I need a database of patients and the symptomes they had before having a stroke. I don't know if there is such a database, and if there is how can I access it?

You might need to approach a hospital to see if they have anonymized data available from their information system (HIS).  I'm not aware of public sources of "real" data.
