How can I study in the US for free?

How can Indian bureaucrats send their kids for study in US?

  • I reckon it would cost a lot for someone to send their kids to study in US. And government salary is below the market clearing rate for top professionals. Then how can they send it. If its from corruption, how can they hide it from IT department. Another thing, I read somewhere a few moons ago that some of them do spying for US govt. and hence get subsidized education (from CIA accounts) for their kids through scholarships. Is that true?

So you are accusing any govt employee who has kids studying abroad of corruption? Have you considered the possibility that their children might have been gifted and got a scholarship to study? Have you considered the possibility that they saved money through the years to be able to send their kids to study abroad? Or that they got a loan, which they they expect to repay easily if higher studies mean a well paying work for them? I don't know what stuff you read but 'subsidy for spying' is both idiotic and not even practical. So, thinking about its possibility objectively, it doesn't seem to be very likely.
