Talk to your manager; add this offer if you are yet to realize its potential. #2. Stay Competitive, Be followed- E-commerce websites are taking the world by storm for another reason as well. From books to electronic devices to fashion stuffs to movie DVDs to Artificial ornaments offer price tags which are cheaper than MRP. Why should buyers consider buying your products? Even if you are running a monopoly business, you never know where from your business threat would originate. Pricing, perhaps, impacts buyers the most. Be careful and price your products and solutions with the air of a finance expert. What Flipkart does? Almost every product it showcases charges buyers less as compared to the price which is offered at show rooms, malls and shoppe. #3. Quality Cracks Even the Hardest Nut- Do you check out what you are selling out? Have you appointed someone accountable for quality of products? If no, you are losing potential customers. Slashing price can be a good compensation; however, you are the final judge. Many e-commerce site owners take ‘return and replace’ as a facility for customers. In my view, it’s a part of e-commerce service commitment. Live up to it gracefully. #5. Fundamental Identity- Every mistake that is made by people in an e-commerce environment shows its brand or fundamental identity in a bad light. What’s fundamental identity? These days, we call it brand. Think of Mother Teresa (she is surely a brand ambassador of kindness, blissful grace and the crux of humanity). Whenever, I think of her, it gives a sigh of relief. Can your brand image tick buyers like this? Fix your mistakes as soon as humanly possible. A single mistake would go against your identity; mind it. What Flipkart does? Many avid readers are pursuing their passion because Flipkart is there online. Amid economic crunches, its brand identity silently brings a happy smile to almost everyone’s face.
