What is the best way for an Indian to travel around the world?
-
Hi Everyone, I have a strong urge to travel around the world and live in different countries. I have already been to US(2 times) and Thailand by using my hard earned money. I have a small business here in India and i can work from any part of the world to manage it. The only problem is my citizenship. As an Indian i don't have the privilege to go live in any country without a VISA like others. I think citizenship of few countries is very beneficial. E.g. EU citizen can live and work in UK. I am newbie in the area of international travel and i will be grateful if experienced fellows can share their wisdom.

Answer:
Get rid of the Indian passport! The fact that Indians need visas to go to most countries in the world is frustrating and inhibits free movement across international borders. There are a couple of things one can do to change this. Marry a foreigner Immigrate to countries willing to accept Indians. Go abroad to study and eventually settle in the country. Find a job in India that entails lots of traveling. For example, a travel agent/trip itinerary planner. Knowing European languages helps. Best of luck for your travels. P.S. - I'm also exploring the options I listed above. :D

Some possible jobs which involve travel (not necessarily pay you to travel though) include the following:1. Flight Attendant, Pilot, Cabin Crew, and other airline related work2. English Teacher3. Web Designer or Social Media Consultant4. Travel Blogger5. Travel Nurse6. Aupair7. Tour Guide8. Destination Wedding Photographer9. Sales related assignments10. Executives on a business trip or meetings11. Diplomats or representatives of the government12. Sports, media, and entertainment industry related work13. Working on ships, be it cruise, cargo, or a passenger oneThis is a list from several related posts from the PayScale Career News blog. Feel free to Google it. Some jobs may require you to start over but some are currently applicable to your current credentials, i.e. business executive although this means working for another company (and not yours). If thatâs not one of the options you like, you are better off just saving for travel purposes and then book a flight during your holiday vacation.
