Will online streaming sites like Amazon Instant Video ever put DVD/Blu ray extras online? Most of the time I can get the discs for cheaper and they have the extras, but for space saving, I'd like to go to online only.

That's pretty likely. The online movie distribution model is still in it's fledgling era, so the offer is not completely fleshed out. Five years from now (or say ten, if you're conservative), when both the blu-ray and DVD disappeared, I'm sure movies purchased online will come with tons of bonuses and whatnot. For now, I'm thankful enough to have access to my movies anywhere and anytime via my Amazon and Netflix accounts.
