Flagging videos on Youtube?

If a website were to be made which is in both english and chinese and accepts youtube videos for english users and 56.com or youku.com videos for chinese users,will this website be banned in china ?

• Well I think the website would be banned in china but what could be other alternative. This is mandatory that the site will accept youtube videos for english people,and one video hosting provider from china.But because youtube is banned in China,so when people will try to access the website for viewing chinese videos(from 56.com or youku.com) they will not be able to access the website because china will ban the website because it has youtube videos. Can you think of any alternative. However, Is it possible to block viewing youtube videos for chinese users by some web development technique ( because I am not aware how to do this or has been done by any web dev companies), then it could be the possible way that the website doesn't get blocked in china. Or possible solution will be ,to ask chinese users to upload dailymotion videos.because dailymotion is not banned in china. What do you think?

  Most likely yes. It might take time, but if it gets serious China traction it would be blocked. If it 's not blocked, that would most likely mean that it's too small to bother with. Also keep in mind that there are two levels of blocks: Beijing and provincial. Provinces prefer not to block companies which have an office in the provincial Capitol. If that happens, you will likely get a visit from the provincial authorities and they will ask you to take down the YouTube links in exchange for not blocking you. If you say no, they will not be responsible for what comes next.
