What should I do to get a job which pays more than my girl friend job who landed in a dream job of 10L pa so that i can show off before her and make her feel embarrassed of showing attitude to me and rejecting my love?

Break up with her because you are not mature enough to be in a relationship with anyone, much less her. Go spend a few years working on yourself (learning, working, maybe playing sports, etc.) Hopefully during that time you realize all the things wrong with the question you've asked.

Wow. So, this is your girl friend you're talking about? And she dumped you, did she? A girl dumps a guy over salary differences. Sounds so petty. And it kind of is, if it was the sole reason of the break up. But going by what your intentions are now, I'd like to reach out to that girl, give a pat on her back and applaud her decision as tears stream down my face. Keeping Aside all emotional/relational advices. I would suggest you to take up a higher degree. Working hard at the job will not get you noticed as your job/rank is too common (If a laborer works hard he doesn't get promoted, he gets more work). A higher degree at a better college will give you another chance at placement and of course you will learn a lot. Work hard in the degree and you will be rewarded. But think that once you finish your degree you will have a M.Tech+1 yr job experience=great skill. If you have already done M.tech you are almost screwed, almost. Then you can just self learn and give more interviews.
