What do you say to the following statement of an American; "We believe in corporations more than we do in people."? What could he have meant with that? What gives Americans this feeling?

First, who on earth said that? Context matters.  A lot. If it was actually said, I hope it was said by a cynic who doesn't believe we should trust corporations more than people. What would give someone that feeling?  I bet has a few ideas: 1)  Bankers not going to jail for mortgage fraud 2)  Monsanto protection act 3)  A broken health care system 4)  A complex tax code that places a huge burden on the middle, a high barrier to entry (people don't want to get to the top because there's a tax burden to push through), and virtually no burden on the highest earners. 5)  Corporations like GE that pay no corporate income tax, while small businesses get taxed to death And plenty more.

You can't lump us all together as believing a certain way. Not everyone feels the same. You can not go by the media to speak for us, they present what they want for their own benefit. All I am saying is don't assume we all are the same.

Get outta here with your silly progressive claptrap! Corporations are people, people collaborating, collaborating to worthy ends, worthy in their service to others. Continuous spouting of such progressive nonsense is simply hastening your exit from the political stage.
