Difficulty: Easy Instructions Connect a memory card reader to an empty USB or Firewire port on your computer. Insert an SD card into the memory card reader device. Open "My Computer" and double-click on the SD memory card icon to view the memory card's contents. Drag and drop music files from the hard drive to the memory card's Explorer window to add them to the card. Click the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon from the task bar and click "Eject" next to the SD memory card icon. Remove the SD memory card from the card reader.
