Everyone appreciate that Indian Railways provide concession in railway fares to physically disabled persons. For availing this concession, one has to produce the prescribed medical certificate alongwith a photocopy of the same at the ticket booking counter. While the original is returned to the pass

    so what is your real question here? I agree it would be nice to have online reservation facility for physically disabled persons as well. But when implementing is really difficult especially in a country with 1.2 billion population and where they are enough ways one can cheat the system or simply bribe ...I think Aadhar card will bring us one step closer to achieve that goal. But anytime building and scaling up such massive infrastructure will take real long time before it can be used...
