How can I claim back money from kingfisher airlines for the cancelled flights?

If you booked your tickets through an intermediary such as Make my trip etc then there is a possibility that you might me able to recover that money. There has been a recent verdict which indicates that its the primary responsibility of the third party to get you the tickets and in case flight gets cancelled it has to pay you back. How the third party/intermediary is going to recover money from kingfisher and it's none of our business. So kudos! Get a legal advice and file a petition against intermediary based on the underlined verdict.
