How do I open a pdf on an email?

How can I save a pdf as an inline graphic (jpg) into an email?  It seems that it's only possible in Mac Mail.  How can I get a team of PC and Mac users to insert a jpg into an email without it being an attachment?

  • I have created an editable pdf for my team to fill out and then send to their vendors.  But I don't want the pdf to be able to be edited by the vendors, only my team. So they need to save it as a screenshot and insert it in their email...but everyone is having trouble.  Any thoughts?

You'd be better off having your team fill it out and then when done, secure the file to prevent any modifications. That will give you a nice, high-resolution PDF file that your vendor can read but not change. Adding a digital signature to the file can do this automatically for you.
