I have given myself two months to change careers to become a Software Developer from my current non-technical field. What are some good learning paths I can take to accomplish this in the given time, and get my first Developer job?

I'm willing to get tutors/take classes as necessary, and don't plan to learn everything by myself.

I don't have a complete path for you but one big thing is to be able to dive in. Maybe more importantly, be totally okay with making mistakes because you will ensure you learn quickly from them. Therefore make a lot of mistakes!

Look at the different job openings. Choose which one you would like to be doing. Most job openings would have a list of technologies and practices. Learn those technologies. Learn good software development practices such as unit testing. Join communities and ask an experienced developer to mentor or coach you. Build apps. Continuously learn and build. I think most people will take at least 6 months to move from novice to advance beginner. You may want to take a look at Udacity and Coursera for free online courses on programming.
