How to learn online?

Where can I best learn how to develop agile Web applications (Ruby, Python, Node) and deploy them using Django Framework or Rails and then managing such applications? (online & Free)

  • I have limited knowledge on computer programming, and I´d like to get links & advice on where to learn about Web Development (in all it´s depth) to learn. For example, even though I might understand Python as a language, it doesn´t mean that I can create, manipulate existing open source scripts & deploy such as webapps, I´m looking into practical learning experiences where I can understand how to develop, integrate and deploy an application. How should I go around doing such? I have time after time tried to teach myself from scratch by downloading codes & writing code + putting it on my host and learn through trial and error, however, that takes too much time and it becomes rather frustrating given I don´t understand most of the process. What would you recommend?
