Tim Cook and Jon Ivey have shown that they lack the charisma needed for the role of Apple Product Evangelist. Real charisma is a rare trait and one that can hard to recognize in that it can only be measured subjectively. However if Apple is to return to being a momentum stock in the eyes of Wall Street this is what is needed for the company to regain its MoJo.

I don't think Apple needs a person per se, to evangelize their products. Apple already has millions of evangelists, who also happen to be its customers. The Apple eco-system has changed dramatically. Companies, especially like Apple would like to believe that they can carry on what they do best without being compared to Steve Jobs again and again. 10 years from now or perhaps less, the new generation that would be buying Apple's products would not have been influenced by Steve Jobs in any manner whatsoever. They will buy Apple products because that is what they want. Wall Street does not care about charisma or panache. Wall Street cares about the next quarter only. Apple on the other hand does not care about Wall Street (thankfully), and looks ahead at the year, 2 years, etc.
