His statements on Quora are subject to fact-checking, just like statements he makes anywhere else. His comments on Quora are no more persuasive or compulsory than any others. People who are willing to believe him probably already do and those who will never believe him won't be swayed by Quora. Ensuring the success of the ACA is the most important task before him. Accomplishing that is a better use of his time than foolish around with issues that aren't going to happen or shouldn't happen during his remaining months in office.
