Now the depression has started growing inside me, when I am not able to find a suitable job for me. What I feel I can learn technologies easily But given a time to learn.

  • Answer:

First thing's first. Overcoming depression. 1. Set small targets for yourself that's achievable. It could really be the easiest things like taking out the trash or cleaning your house which in turn makes you feel like you did good today and achieved some of your goals. Achieving goals will make your brain reward you. 2. Workout. Studies shows that working out prevents depression. For two reasons.   Working out releases dopamine, serotin, adrenaline and dopamine, which is the ingredients for the body's feel-good-coctail. People who are depressed have low levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor, or BDNF. Working out increases your levels of BDNF in similar fashion to anti-depressive medince. 3, Socialise with friends and loves ones. Finding a job 1. Who do you know and what do they do for a living? It's a fact that that most people get jobs via their networks, not through applying for a job. So take a day or so and write down who you know, and what their occupation is. Starting with family, friends, acquaintances, former colleges etc. Chances are atleast one person in your environment has a company that's hiring. If it's in your field of work, you just hit jackpot! 2. In this world we get paid in two curriences, experience and money. Take the experience first, the money always comes later. If you find yourself in the mix for a job that isn't that well paid but has some valuable experience for your future worklife, consider taking it in the long run there's always oppertunities rising within bigger companies, and what better way is there to cease them than from inside the company rather than from the outside looking in?. The same goes for  internships. If you have to take on a extra job at mcdonalds while you're getting your experience on through your internship, so be it. 3, Keep your head up. Good things comes to those who work their asses of, if you do, something will turn up eventually.
