What is some current good music for dancing?

Audio Editing: If I video people dancing what music can I overlay on it and have it look good?

People dance to a rhythm. So long as you pick a tune with the same beat and synchronize the down-beat with their movements, any song will work. Mind you, the style of dance could be paired with an unexpected style of music - say break-dancing with a waltz or square-dancing with death metal - but therein lies the fun of it.

If you can't really play music during the recording of the video, what I did a couple of days ago on a short film set is that I triggered a metronome from an app on my phone that was playing the same BPM (Beats Per Minute) of the song that will be added in post-production and asked the actors to dance along the metronome and it worked out well.
