Which restaurants in Taipei, Taiwan that serve halal food for Muslims?

What are some chain restaurants in the US that serve healthy food ? Which food items on the menu are specifically the more healthy choices?

    Chili's and Applebee's are two chains I can think of right off the bat that offer healthy options.  For example, when I go to Chili's I always order their "Lighter Side" grilled salmon, which comes with a rice pilaf and broccoli.  I actually think it's pretty yummy.  There are many other chains and non-chain restaurants that have a "lighter" section to their menu; you just have to look.  If they don't, then look on the menu for plain grilled meats without sauce, and salads with dressing on the side and no croutons, or grilled vegetables.  You can always make special requests, or ask for things a la carte; the worst they can do is say no, and very often they say yes. Chipotle may not be as good as you think.  The tortillas, rice, cheese, guacamole, and other add-ons add up quickly.  They do have a burrito bowl option that's not so bad if you don't add a lot of other stuff to it.  On the other hand, McDonald's and KFC may not be as bad as you think.  When I go to KFC, I order their grilled chicken, with a side of green beans and another side of kernel corn.  Not too bad.  At McDonald's, you can get a grilled chicken sandwich with a garden side salad with low-fat dressing, or apple slices.  Even one of their plain $1 hamburgers is really not that bad, if you look at the calories.  Now, none of this stuff is going to "healthy" in terms of sodium content.  For that, you almost have to cook at home.  At some restaurants, you can ask them to cook things for you with no added salt.  It never hurts to ask.

yes the amount of sodium in much restaurant food is shocking.  Try checking the restaurant's website for nutritional info before heading out to dinner and pre select items that fit your nutritional needs.  That's what I do, as much as I can!
