Why do my fingertips, toes, and teeth hurt when I feel deep emotional pain?
-
Like my pain is carried over to my fingertips, toes, and teeth, and they feel the emotional pain, too.

Answer:
Extreme emotion of any kind can trigger adrenalin... and extreme negative emotion can trigger a version of the "fight or flight" response This biological response can cause severe restriction of blood flow to the extremities. This response was useful if say... A sabre toothed tiger was gnawing on your arm or leg as it would reduce bleeding and give you 1/2 a chance of bashing said tiger with a rock .... The anoxia in the tissues from the reduced blood flow combined with the buildup of muscle waste products (usually flushed away by the blood flow) is painful.
