Is there a way to cancel SMS sending using Android NDK?
-
What I need is a way to cancel the sms sending using theĀ Android NDK or the SDK, after the click on the button send has been done in the official android sms application. I don't need applications that provide this by defining broadcast receiver and handling the SMS

Answer:
You can start using GO SMS Pro for your messaging needs. It has recently introducedĀ the functionality of delayed sending which works really slick.

Check out https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.Pull.pullapp. The app puts a delay of 5 seconds before sending, called the "5 second rule". Works for me. It also has a feature that lets you schedule texts in the future, and there's a sharing layer on top of SMS that lets you discuss your conversations. I use it instead of taking screenshots or cut and paste.
