Is it true that Mathematics majors or even with P.h.d's don't get good job in India?

Employers themselves dont know how to use advanced mathematical talent. also Managers (with outdated mba degrees) got habituated to concept of micro management and that is not going to help with managing Phd level talent.

I needed to voice my opinion. Computer science is all about fundamental mathematics. With a P.hD in mathematics, I understand that you seem to have a good potential in laying out complex algorithms. Preferably , research based. There are quiet a few companies which can offer a platform, namely Google. They need researchers to draft complex things. So there is seemingly , yet very small sect of research in high-end product organization which you should be targetting. GE research ( not sure if it exists in India) , is one of the few. However , that being said, add Computing to the tagline , and you have a well sought after degree :)
