Is it possible to learn Danish in Denmark and study in Danish university (undergraduate) after?

How much time it would take me to learn university physics required for the study of cosmology and everything about universe?

  No one understands everything about the universe. Assuming that you know partial differential equations, you should be able to understand enough to be able to read and comprehend a paper on structure formation with about a year or two of part time study.  Cosmology isn't really that difficult, and the hard part is finding the right reading materials. There are parts of cosmology that take a long time.  Anything involving ultra-high energy physics will take you a another two to three years, and quantum gravity will take even longer.  However, most cosmology does *not* involve those topics.  If you stick to the cosmology that happens when the universe is relatively cool, then the math turns out to be quiet simple since you can use standard approximation (i.e. here are the Einstein equations, here is the derivations that gets you the FLRW metric, now unless you are doing heavy duty GR work, then you can basicly not worry about the derivation and start with the FLRW metric.)
