Skill assessment re-validation?

Employment Skills Assessment-Social Services Context

• Does anyone know of a brief, free, social services geared employment skills assessment? Good afternoon, all, Voc Rehab counselors/social workers/counselors of the world-- I am trying to find a freely available, brief Employment Skills assessment. The population it will be used with are Veterans experiencing homelessness and either mental health or substance abuse issues. The majority have limited work experience. A majority do have high school diplomas. The funder for the program has rolled out a new set of requirements, and "Employment Skill" level increase is one. I've not been able to find anything that is A. Brief, B. Free, C. Appropriate for the population. Before we tried to cobble something together ourselves, I thought I'd consult the hive mind.
