Help me find more groups like John Brothers Piano Company Quintet

• Help me find more music like new group John Brothers Piano Company Quintet. Youtube link inside. I discovered them at Monterey Jazz Festival last weekend. Unfortunately, they're so new that I can't put them into Pandorajam and tell it to record me "more like that one" or even get suggestions from Amazon since they aren't even on Amazon yet either! Luckily, there are a couple of (crappy) recordings from people's iphones on Youtube. I don't know the right words to search on though, as I'm a music . . .um . . .opposite of afficionado. TIA!

  Listening to the clip you linked to I think of great clarinetist and soprano sax player Sidney Bechet. The first segment of http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jcI-pX_NDYs is in quite the same spirit. He had a long career, but his earlier stuff will tend to be more like your sample -- though usually not quite as frenetic. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000002WA2/metafilter-20/ref=nosim/ is a great compliation. If you're looking for contemporary people doing this sort of thing, maybe search for 'like: Sidney Bechet' and filter for recent releases? Good luck!
