Is there a difference between a Law Clerk and a Paralegal?

Are disbarred attorneys allowed to work in a law firm in FL, either as a clerk or a paralegal?

Not sure about that however when a lawyer has been disbarred their cases can be assigned to other attorneys. The new attorneys are required to keep in touch with their clients. Whether they want to or not. : I
