How do you make a song play throughout the whole slideshow (without repeating) on openoffice?
-
I am making a slideshow for school and when I insert a sound on openoffice presentation, the next slide will make the song start over. Please help me. I only have two weeks to get it done.

Answer:
If you have had several unsuccessful attempts. Go back to modify transition panel, select "no sound" and save the file. Then go to your modify transition panel again, ...sound, ...select your music file, ...loop, and then DO NOT APPLY TO ALL SLIDES. Scroll down and hit the slide show button. BINGO!!! All the angels sing Hallelujaha!!! SAVE IT!!!!

Set up all the slides, go back to the first one and go to “slide transition” (Right edge of screen, at least here!). Use “modify transition”, and select “other sound...” in the drop down box. Pick the sound file wanted. Do not “apply to all slides” or it will restart for each slide.
