how can i keep my cut clean to make it heal faster

Please i need fast answers is my cut healing or scared help fast? How long will it take for my injury to heal? I scratched my bottom eyelid please help me? About 4 weeks ago I scratched my bottom eyelid with toothpick it was not too deep did not bleed it scabed after a hour 2 days later that week I rubed it off there was I dent mark I put vitemin e oil coco butter cream neosporin I stoped puting stuff on it 8 days ago it filled in alot but I can still see a tiney scaratch will it still heal im 14 it improved alot but it still has a dent mark I think the healing slowed down because I was fasting and im a boy SHOULD I BUY MEDERMA AND APPLY
