go and see your doctor ASAP, to have it checked out, if you are uncomfortable undressing for a male doctor, then change, or ask for a nurse to stay with you while you're examined, you may need a scan to determine what's wrong, undressing is part of your examinations, but just try and go with it, I've been through similar, my doctor is female, I trust her, she's seen me undressed, but I still get embaressed when I have to strip off, but she's the best one at my surgery, a few times it has been embaressing because I've got an erection, it's different to you girls, nothing show's not obvious thou.
