first determine youre ideal waist size, whish is 38.2% of height (says numerous research), multiply that by 1.42 for your ideal bust and hips, and again by 1.618 (phi) for ideal shoulders. do whole body workouts, id suggest bodyweight strenght training, maybe circuits like pushups, lunges, bodyweight or dumbell rows, squats. 1 minute rest betwen each excercise do them in that order for 2-5 circuits. as for reps, 3-5 for strenght, 6-20 for growth and endurance.( youre muscles WILL NOT grow from doing low rep work, for instance if you can do 3 pushups you will gain strenght but not size, doing them between 6 and 12 reps will get you a little strenght but mostly muscle mass. another thing for breasts, breast massage and estrogen rich foods might increase size, i dont know much on specific foods but you can research it a bit and you will most likely find something. other than that, food equals 80% of body composition while excercise only 20%, so eat youre greens! :)
