Why do I overanalyze things?

Do you ever "overanalyze" or "overthink" things? If so, what sorts of things?

    I don't think that's possible Lucinda unless you mean you are so involved in the thinking part that you never get around to the doing part. Once a long time ago though someone told me he thought I always overthought everything. He said I should take things at face value and not keep searching for a deeper meaning. I told him I'm interested in the truth of something and that is often not available if you stop at the surface. So to him I overthought. To me? I didn't! Happy Thursday! :)

Yeah, but I have a handle on it now, I think. Pretty much everything that pertains to life. It's the little psychologist in me.

I think it has to do with how I am before the "problems" arise. Yes, there are things I overthink, but it is usually if I have time to. I try to keep calm and centered. I fail almost every day. But I keep it up because that is the way I need to be. Some day. This is artist Alex Grey. He draws energy. I love to post them because I believe they do raise our consciousness just by looking at them. Hope you have a calm and centered day, smartest person on here. LOL This is a kissing and love one. I couldn't see it clearly when I chose it. But you can see the energy. I should have just given you a single being or it doesn't make much sense. Stay tuned
