Are blackberry's a good brand of phone?

AT&T has been giving the run around with fixing a brand new phone, need to leave without paying ETF?

• I recently upgraded my phone to the samsung glaxay s4 at the end of july. the phone was fine up until recently within the 14 day period. they tried working it out with me by sending a new sim, a new phone but still the problem persists and the phone doesnt work. i am now out of the 14 days. i have spent well over 30 hours on the phone with ATT they tell me they will exchange a samsung note 2 to rule out the phone i have for not working, the phone never came. they explained they dont have access to recorded conversations, and they dont keep the notes. they have been doing this for well over a month now. every time we call, theres always someone who helps, then they change their story the next time we call. it would be 500 bucks to cancel my newly renewed contract and my husbands contract. they are not fulfilling their end by helping us figure out the situation. they have stated someone would call the next day between this time and that time, and no one ever calls. they have also given us plenty of rebates, such as $20 texting for life, well over $150 in credit to our account that has yet to be seen on our account. what can I do?

  Learn from experience. They don't have records of the items promised, so they don't exist. Drive to an AT&T store, ask them to fix the problem "today." You will have the phone working, which is all you really want anyway. The alternative is switching to Verizon. There is an oligopoly on the cell phone market, you're basically stuck if you change.
