How can I keep myself from sweating so much?

why do i keep overheating and sweating so much?

• i know i'm 17 but it's not just sweating i keep getting really hot and it been for a couple of months now it could be freezing cold and i'm either boiling and sweating so much my coat could still be soaking wet on this inside like 3 hours later either that or if it is freezing i could still walk around with a coat or jumper on a couple of weeks ago it was raining really bad but i had to walk around in my polo shirt because i was too hot. some others problems i'm having that might or might not be related is that i'm getting pins and needles in my fingers in my left hand which is only recently which i've never had before only in my feet. also i had to run to the locker room because i forgot my riding hat and when i got back to the bus my throat and chest was burning and felt like it was on fire that was at like 17:20 and it didn't finish until about 22:30 even though i drank a lot of water. i'm quite worried it might be noting but i've been looking online at certain stuff and before i got to see my doctor id like to listen to another person's thought on it. oh and sorry for any spelling mistakes.

  Where you're getting tingled in your left hand, it could be a problem with your heart. I'm not a doctor though.. You should see one as soon as possible.
