my new girlfriend is from Philippines and she speaks both English and Filipino, I want to learn how to speak Filipino where do I start?

Practise with each other. Speak to her in Tagalog and she answers you in English. And spend an hour or two everyday teaching each other. Help her get rid of her accent. Usually it starts very thick because of Tagalog and mostly because they were taught by Filipinos.
