What are the only 7 US states that require all gun shows to have background checks?

Correct Obama was going after private sales. Because all deals are required under federal law to perform background checks. Obama was trying to make all private sales, gifts, and inheritances of guns subject to NCIC checks. There are not 7 states that require checks on all gun sales whether dealer or private. There are only 2. California and Rhode Island. There are 5 states that require checks for all gun sales of hand guns but not long guns (shotgun/rifle). Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania I opposed this and I was not hoodwinked by the NRA.
