How To Style Curly Hair?

Please help! How do I style my natural 3b hair!!:( also what products and shampoos and conditioners are good for curly hair?

• So my hair is 3b category, it looks like ribbon curls, but longer and looser. I have a few big curls like Taylor swifts, but most of my curls are sharpie sized loose ribbon curls. It's very frizzy on my crown, I only shampoo once a week or less, and conditioner wash the rest of the week. Even tho I put a ton of conditioner in my hair it still seems very frizzy on my crown. (I use tresseme Moisture rich) if you know any better confounded and shampoos please let me know. :) so most of the time i wear my hair up in a bun/ponytail, and I'm getting sick of hiding my natural curls. I would LOVE to wear my hair down more, but I have no idea on how to style my hair. I usually put conditioner in my hair, let it sit, then brush it out with a wide tooth comb then rinse it out with cold water. After that I have no idea on how to style it. I have mouse and gel so if one works better than the other I have both. (I have L.A looks gel and Aussie catch the wave mousse+conditioner + I have the hair spray) so how do I style my natural loose ribbon curly hair? Please help!   I have natural curly hair as well, so I know how it can be frustrating at times, and for heavens sake there is so much us curly haired gals can do with our hair...so there is NO need to continue to wear it in a bun or pony tail!
