What could I use to muffle wind on a camera because I don't have a boom and deadcat?
-
I'm making a short film for school and I've noticed that wind was a factor in previous years with this project. I'm planning on ordering a boom microphone with a deadcat but for the time being, what can I use to cover my camera's microphone so the wind doesn't affect the audio?

Answer:
A thick wool sock works just fine.
