I would like to be a medical examiner.

Medical examiner Martin case: he was silenced by prosecution & that Martin could not have been the aggressor. What do you think of this?

    Sounds more like coercion and B.S or some other form of manipulations and changes in terminologies by someone who wants it their way no matter what, that or someone trying to make a buck after the fact creating a controversy where there is not one, jury tampering is illegal and so too should coercive practices after the facts and trials are done like Forcing a trial when none should have taken place in the first place because field officers did not see anything that looked like a crime and that is what the subsequent trail came too also... ~Nemo~

While I don't share the "He was found Not Guilty. Get over it!" sentiments of others here (whom, I'm reasonably sure, didn't just "get over it" when OJ was found not guilty), I do think this is too little too late, and possibly just a blatant money grab. I am willing to concede that the most likely scenario of those events is exactly as Zimmerman and his defenders paint it. Zimmerman (legally but stupidly) stalked Martin, Martin reacted badly and went after Zimmerman, and Zimmerman used his gun when the fight was turning out badly. So I'm OK with the trial outcome (not happy, but OK). My main beef was always that the police, the district attorneys, etc. didn't do their jobs! They seemed far to quick to just accept Zimmerman's account of events and didn't investigate thoroughly enough. If I criticize those officials for failing to do their jobs, then I have to criticize the medical examiner as well. If he has such compelling evidence that Martin did not attack Zimmerman, he should have found some way to make it known. Coming out with monetary lawsuit months after the fact just seems hypocritical and self-serving.

According to every eyewitness, and the wounds and grass stains on Zimmerman, the entry/exit of the gunshot wound, and every other factor brought to trial, Martin was on top of Zimmerman and pummeling him with blows to the head and face. There never was a case for anything except self-defense. Obama and Holder instigated every falsehood that there was any kind of crime on Zimmerman's part, and their resources are vast thanks to the taxpayers. That Dr. Bao fellow has changed his story several times and we do not know who is pulling his puppet strings, and that goes all the way up to the President. Having the President and his team telling you what to do or say can be very intimidating. The objective evidence as presented at trial was what it was, and just like the Sanford PD's investigation, there was no cause for the Jurors to rule in any manner except NOT GUILTY. Get over it.

I wonder what his so-called "highly scientific proof" is. That Martin couldn't have been the aggressor because he was high and too mellowed out from smoking weed?!? ...a fact that the defense was not allowed to present by order of the judge in that case. What part of "Not Guilty" do boorish people not understand?

Where is his evidence? The only thing I can find is, he was fired for giving conflicting testimony. Now he wants to sue for big money. I know someone testified in the court that there were bruises on the knuckles of Treyvon making it sound like he was the agressor. Also there was an eye witness who put Treyvon on top of Zimmerman.
