What are the qualities of a good co-worker?

Should you worry if your boyfriend admires some qualities a female coworker has like being ambitious and hardworking and having hobbies like winter swimming?

If he can't give you a straight answer he's not being honest with himself about why he's with you. If he can give you a straight answer then you can go from there.
