Healthy drinks healthy foods that are similar to chips and how to eat out and stay healthy,and how to play video games and still be healthy?

So I'm 15 and I usually dink two cans of soda a day and eat a lot of junk food, but I think I'm at risk of getting diabetes and my grandma thinks I could already have it and I just don't know it, I hope that's not the case! But I know that if I keep eating and drinking the way I do I will get it, so I am gonna stop. I have manboobs and a pretty fat stomach, so I need to get rid of that! But anyway, I am a huge chip guy because with chips you can just grab out of the bag and dig in. Are they any healthy foods out there that are similar to chips? Also, the only drink that I like that isn't soda is iced tea. I get that is a lot worse than soda, but it still has caffeine and sugar so I need something else. By the way, I HATE water. I hate it because it is just so dull tasting, I like drinks with flavor. So are there any drinks out there that have flavor that are healthy? Also, every Friday we either go out to eat and or order burgers and pizza. I wanna keep the tradition of going out to eat and or ordering something but I still wanna get healthy. Also, I play a LOT of video games, I figured I will just play one hour of video games a day on weekdays, but what about on weekends and vacations? How can I play video games and still be healthy? Your body does not even recognize High Fructose Corn Syrup as a food and it is a major cause of obesity, not to even mention that it is from Genetically Engineered (GMO) Corn. That is what is in your soft drinks and many boxed and packaged products, read your labels. Also avoid Trans fats also listed as 'Hydrogenated'--anything. Have a doctor draw blood and run an A1-C test that shows your blood sugar over the past 3 months, and see it is in normal range. Learn to drink your tea without any sweetener of any kind. I did that and it took me two weeks to get used to it, but now I can't stand sweetened tea. Put in plenty of ice and some lime is nice. For your other drink, use half 100% juice and half seltzer water, this cuts the calories (but carbonated water is not a great thing health-wise, but it will seem to you like a soft drink). You can also add lemon, lime and fruit juice to water to give it a little taste. For snacks, try to find organic trail mix, there are also vegetable chips and raw celery (Put peanut butter on it, too), carrots, etc. The more organic foods you can get the better. It takes five days for chemicals, sprays, etc. to work out of your body. GMO damage may not be repairable, I don't know. You should research this. For Friday night try a salad at Chipotles, at least they are using meats without hormones and antibiotics, and are trying to get rid of anything with GMO's in it. The salads are filling, they have rice, beans, tomatoes, meat and cheese and they are quite large. (The lemonade or soft drinks do have the HFCS in them though, ask for the ones in the ref. that don't; or drink water with lemon). Just as important is the exercise--you must find a way to do this. Get a bike, go to a gym, walk or jog, lift weights, work for someone on a farm, or 'stocking' shelves in a store after school. Get into some kind of sport.
