How do you shell toss in Paper Mario 64 because i have the N64 emulator which allows you to play it on PC and i cant do the shell toss?

I have the same problems with Emulator games. If you remember the controls on the console just go to your opions and control figurations then set them the way the regular game would have them. or you can go and buy and console/computer controler.
