What to do if a lower right side of my stomach hurts?

Your lower right side of your stomach hurts when you push on it and theres a bump that moves around when i push it what does this mean?

  It could possibly be a floating kidney- sometimes it might hurt randomly I noticed mine hurts more when im sitting for awhile in certain positions or sometimes after I eat, if when you lay down it goes up into or toward your ribcage its probably a floating kidney, it should be pretty hard and you should be able to move it around pretty easily you might also get nauseous sometimes and you will be able to feel it a whole lot better when you are standing... search it up.... it won't kill you though it can be scary and annoying lol. I tried to figure out what was wrong with me for two years before a doctor finally figured it out I had several ct's done and ultrasounds and also x rays but all of those things are done when you are laying down and when I was laying down my kindey went back into the right place so it took them forever to figure it out. good luck
