If you're a sprinter, you should be doing interval workouts, such as running 2x90 2x80, 2x70 meter workouts, it is espescially to work on lifting weights, don't try to max out but do lots of reps to make yourself explosive. Depends on what you're doing. Sprints-2 weight liftings a week and 3 track trainings (block work, 5x80m ect) Middle distance- 2 long runs a week at jog pace, and 3 speed sessions such as jog for a lap sprint a lap x4
