How do I pick up a WiFi signal from one room and create a hard connection in another room without buying 2 wifi bridges?
-
Here's the full deal - I have a roommate who has the router in their room, and I currently have a Cat5e cable running a hard connection from his router to my xbox 360. Rather than buying a xbox 360 wifi adapter and only being able to hard connect one item, I want to be able to pull the wireless signal and break it down into 3 or 4 hard connections without having to buy 2 bridges. Is it possible to convert with a 2nd router or access point? Help?!

Answer:
Sounds like you need a router with more ports to connect to or maybe get a PS3 which has a built in wifi (j/k trolling for the lulz) Seriously get a multiport wifi router so you guys dont have to share the one. Here's one pretty cheap. Good Luck.
