How do you put Pictures from your computer onto a memory card?

I want to put pictures from my computer onto my sylvania digital photo frame but MT memory card is empty. How do I do it

  OK,this is the simplest way I can say,go to your photos on your PC,then plug your card in,a box may or may not appear asking you what you want to do with it,if it does just red X it out,now on the left hand side of your screen your SD card should be there as one of 2 things either SD card,or removable disk F,or D. NOW take your mouse,on a photo you want right click on it,now holding the right click down,drag it over to the SD card and release the right click,you have done what people call drag and drop,after you get what you want,take the card from the PC and put it in your frame should be good to go.
