Is there a pci graphic card my home entertainment system using one hdmi cable for video and sound...1080 with audio

Ok I have a dell dimension e521... I'm getting a Sony receiver with hdmi network all the extras. I got a Philips LCD flat screen where the I ly audio out is spdif or coaxial. The computer has vista 32bit. My question is if I get a cheap graphics card off amazon with hdmi put will it carry the sound with it? I want one cable from the tower to the receiver Xbox to receiver and so on and hook the amplifyier receiver to my TVA hdmi input to use my tv and surround all as one unit. I don't want to use the integrated 3.5mm audio on the computer and have to have two separtate surround sounds since my tv is going to be my monitor. I want it to be bigger better louder and all in one to take up as little space as possible. How do I find the right graphic card that carries digital apudio and not just video through the hdmi cable

The Sony receiver is a 2010, badass has everything I need. I just need the right card and don't want spend a lot on it, about 60$ I've found sum nice ones, but nothing says anything about audio just 1080p video, But this is the one i want. Is it going to give me the sound and video I need with one hdmi cable?
