What is the best way to get rid of head pain other then meds?

had a lumbar fusion 7 years ago, fri mor started having pain, when i sit and tilt my head forw all the way pain is bad!!

  • went to er yesterday and they said it was just a sprain in my lower back, had surgery on L4!! and also when i walk its very painfull and when im standing i start getting pain in my right leg, they didnt do any x rays it was like they pretty much pushed me out the door!! is it normal when u have a sprain and tilt ur head forward to get pain in ur lower back??

    There are all sorts of nerve pain. When it's in a location not injured, it's sometimes 'referred pain.' I wouldn't mess around. If you can't get back in to see the surgeon who did your fusion, see another one.
