Why won't my LG Extravert receive or send picture messages, I can`t receive picture messages,I have the correct plan, it says the phone is connecting then it quits?

Answer:
I had the same phone with the same problem. I toggled with the wifi because I noticed that wasn't working either. When I got the message that I couldn't connect to the wifi there was a link that said "test the connection." I clicked that and it turned on my wifi. Once that was on, I went back to try texting, and the message sent.
