Do you have good recipes for mashed potatoes?

What can I add to mashed potatoes to make them better or more creative?

  • i already have a recipe for cheesy bacon mashed potatoes that I really like, but I want more recipes so I can mix it up. I like plain mashed potatoes, but I want to spice them up a bit.

For company you could bake the potatoes , remove them from the skin, mash the mash them like your recipe, and reheat. Makes a pretty side dish.
